I’m pretty sure that it’s standard protocol for every baking blog to outwardly deny any admiration for Martha Stewart. I mean I don’t really know why, maybe it’s because she’s got that weird housewife thing going on. But secretly, we all love her. I mean, she’s great. And surprisingly good at…. everything. These cupcakes included.

So unfortunately the photo I’m posting of these is not from my kitchen, though I definitely made these during my finals-week craze.

The recipe can be found here. I also didn’t use the candied nuts, and instead of the mini marshmallow mess on top I mixed the marshmallows into the batter for a chewy-sticky-sweet cupcake. Julie was a fan!
