Pumpkinnnnnn. It’s not out of season, I promise.
So… I was in my kitchen and had two cans of pumpkin and some oats. One can went to this glorious and HEALTHY bread. Which I then covered with a walnut-oat-butter-brown sugar-cinnamon streusel. The other can went to pumpkin oatmeal. Yum.
It was warm and Fall-like and delicious and HEALTHY. I think I keep emphasizing how HEALTHY this bread is, it makes it okay that I maybe ate three slices of it out of the oven. Yeah, it’s totally okay. HEALTH food.
