FTW (for the win, Mom, who I know is wondering what that meant)!!! Guys, it’s Fall. And my mom read my blog and knew that all I wanted for Christmas Thanksgiving was no less than four cans of pumpkin!!

I followed this recipe, just poured the batter into a bundt pan and sprinkled the streusel (did I mention how much I LOVE streusel??) on top. I used the bottom of the cake as the top – heck, it’s opposite day! Bake for about 45-50 minutes.

P.S. Thank you Mom!!! You are my best and biggest fan, and always my inspiration in the kitchen. It was so great having you visit Istanbul and having you see a bit of what my life is like here. Love you so much!!
