One of my best girlfriends, Clara, recently celebrated her (almost) 20th birthday, as her mother celebrated her 50th and her grandmother her 80th. Pretty cool, huh?

In honor of these three beautiful and amazing women they threw a Women Power party this weekend! It was fabulous, Clara set up these amazing exhibits that were incredibly thoughtful and inspiring, there were family and friends, good food, and lots of laughter.

After the party Clara sent out a packet of her favorite sources for feminist inspiration. I’m including some of the videos below, they are definitely worth checking out!

As a small gift to them, I made them these miniature cupcakes. Recipe here. I suggest using sweetened coconut flakes instead of toasted or desiccated ones, and adding 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract into the frosting. Oh, and for the record:
