What’s better than baking hundreds of mini cupcakes and being nostalgic about high school memories like prom? Really, if you can think of something leave a comment. I had the honor last week to make literally 250 cupcakes of different varieties for the pre-prom picture-taking event we were hosting for my sister, Jill.

I made: vanilla bean, coconut, red velvet, and chocolate. Didn’t want to go overboard on the exotic flavors for this one, but trust me they were a hit!

Shown above are my girls Jenny, Alex, and Shivali taste testing them before the big day (ya know, just to make sure I didn’t poison anybody).
