Obviously the post following challah has to be challah french toast… because what else are rational people to do with all of their leftover challah?
Last Sunday before I ran off to New York to play with my mom I whipped up some breakfast for my roommates and post-it-noted the fridge with the toppings they should use for the french toast.
Cut thick slices of challah and soak them in egg mixture. Then place them in pan to cook until both sides are golden brown. Optional: sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
