Hadn’t had much experience with snickerdoodles, but last week I went on a baking craze for my water polo team and ma gurl Jess requested these dandy cookies.

Apparently the trick is cream of tartar. It’s not necessarily an ingredient I’m familiar with, but I think it’s close to baking powder and it def can’t be substituted, especially when it comes to snickerdoodles. These puppies were moist and super fluffy.
