…for afternoons when you’re procrastinating doing homework and for some odd reason you haven’t consumed enough carbs for breakfast so you are craving something more. Something baked. Something chocolate. Okay, I have some weaknesses.

Nat and I were itching to bake, and had seen this tempting recipe on How Sweet It Is. A few things – I remembered I had a bundt pan only after I had poured half of the batter into my loaf pan, I didn’t have any sour cream or greek yogurt so we substituted…. a ripe banana…, and we also couldn’t find the powdered sugar so we skipped on the peanut butter frosting (definitely the best part). Don’t worry though, I spread plain peanut butter on the cake anyway. Happy Tuesday!
