Okay. So I don’t know if any of you have heard about this god of a machine, but it’s called a Vitamix. Apparently it’s approx $500, but my most fabulous roommate Julie has one!! And last night we made the illest almond butter ever!!
Here is the recipe:
Almonds
Raisins
Honey
Cinnamon
(all ingredients to taste)
Mix/blend/work magic in Vitamix and voila! Also since the Vitamix casually has a 2 horsepower motor, the almond butter heats up in the mixer and it’s amazing.
